When testing equipment and plumbing pipeline

1. Mounted equipment shall be subjected to external examination and test the strength and density.
2. Test equipment to produce the hydraulic method in accordance with the technical conditions specified in the drawings of devices. The test is conducted in the presence of the TCI, and, if necessary, and a representative of the water inspection.
3. Apparatus with agitators and pumps are tested at idle for 24 hours and the working speed (when filling with water) for 12 h.
4. Mounted plumbing pipeline shall be subjected to external examination, testing the strength and density, and, where necessary, cleaning or purging.
5. Testing of plumbing pipeline can be hydraulically or pneumatically. Typically, the test plumbing pipeline should be carried out hydraulically.
6. The test tube is disconnected from the apparatus and other plumbing pipeline plugs with shanks.
7. Hydraulic pressure test the pipeline on the strength and density simultaneously, test pressure must be equal to 1.25 working pressure, but not less than 2 atm.
8. At the top point of the test pipe should be installed air vent, and lower - purge before filling.
9. The test pressure is held for 5 minutes, after which it drops to desktop, when this pressure is inspection of the pipeline and tapping the welds with a hammer weighing not more than 1,5 kg.
10. Pneumatic test plumbing pipeline is the strength and density. When testing the strength of the test pressure must be equal to 1.25 of the working pressure but not less than 2 atm. The test pressure is held for 5 minutes, after which it drops to desktop. When tested on the density of the test pressure must be equal to the worker.
11. Pneumatic testing technology plumbing pipeline pressures to produce up to:
with the diameter of the pipeline up to 200 mm. - 20 atm
the diameter of the pipeline from 200 to 500 mm. - 12 atm
with the diameter of the pipeline of over 500 mm. - 6 atm
12. For installation on a cast-iron plumbing pipeline valves pneumatic test pipeline is allowed to test pressure of not higher than 4 atm.
13. When the pneumatic test pressure in the plumbing pipeline should rise gradually from inspection of the pipeline when the following pressures:
for plumbing pipeline operating pressures up to 2 atm - 0 6 test pressure;
for plumbing pipeline operating pressures above 2 atm - 0,3 and 0,6 of the test pressure.
When pneumatic testing hammer tapping the pipeline under pressure, is not allowed.
14. plumbing pipeline, transporting toxic and explosive products, except for checking the strength shall be tested for density with the definition of pressure drop in the plumbing pipeline during the test. Test duration of at least 12 hours
15. The pipeline is recognized to pass the test on the density, if the pressure drop in it no more than the quantities listed in the table.
